Vision – To provide a positive auction experience for both the buyer and the seller.

“Lynch Boys” – Lincoln and Layson are cousins who were raised in Davis County and graduated from Davis County.  We both have been involved with our family farming operations and currently run our own cow herds. In March 2008 we attended the Missouri Auction School. Our goal of starting an auction service was to provide the very best  auction service in Southern Iowa.  This will be done by understanding the needs of the seller and advertising the merchandize in the right places. We understand the sellers want the most money possible and the buyer wants to pay the least amount possible.  In order to provide the service to both parties the “Lynch Boys” will provide integrity, trust, and respect for all parties.  The “Lynch Boys” have 50 years of experience at our finger tips with Lynch Realty when it comes to Real Estate Auctions.
